The class content should be interesting and enjoyable in theory. However, the lectures are very slow and boring, and a majority of the class won't pay attention. This is all manageable, however the canvas page is a mess. No modules done correctly, readings are always posted in weird spots and with broken links, and just super sloppy!Rate My Professors ↗
One of my favorite professors at UW. Canvas was perfectly organized, lecture topics were valuable and focused, and optional readings were always really well picked. The midterm and the assignments are pretty hard and you have to problem solve some things on your own, but you're supposed to. Convinced me to do a career in UE, so honest 10/10Rate My Professors ↗

Gave no guidance on grade breakdowns. End of year grade stood at 94.94%, below the un-communicated cutoff of 95% for an A. No communication from her about grades and she ignored my emails. She seemed very nice, making this lack of communication very disappointing.Rate My Professors ↗
Attendance and participation are graded. One midterm and a big final group project. She was a nice caring professor but the class was disorganized in terms if her explanations and the final project criteria. Also her grading scale was wack a 85 was a BC.
