Professor Zhang is a pretty chill professor, and he let's u drop one midterm so that's nice. He has a lot of knowledge and is good during office hours. However, lectures were not the most engaging, and homework was difficult, with material being self taught, same goes for material on exams. Hard class.Rate My Professors ↗
A good professor overall, can be hard to understand at times and lectures could get really boring. Also expects that you have a decent amount of real estate knowledge coming into the course, some of the more introductory real estate topics are not re-explained.Rate My Professors ↗
