Prof Carla is one of my favorite professors in Mathematics(and Computer Sciences). Her ability to explain the difficult concepts in clear manner is inspiring. And she genuinely cares about the students. The course is theoretical but I enjoyed it a lot because of her clear teaching skills. And yes is super sweet too:))

Prof. Carla is an wonderful professor and have a very strong grasp in the field of linear optimization.The class, was super interesting because of her amazing content delivery and profound insights in the field of optimization. She appreciates student participation and always invites questions during and after class and during office hours.

Great professor. Courses were kind of boring because of its content but Carla tried her best to explain those concepts. She knows optimization a lot although with some accent. Anyway if you want to take this course she might be the best choice.

An extremely difficult course. 70% of your grade depends on your exam. The professor is nice tho

Overall a solid lecturer and exams are more than fair. Get a good homework partner for the assignments, study the proofs continuously throughout the semester and you will not have to spend much time at all studying for exams.

You need a deep understanding of the proofs and homework to do well since you aren't allowed a note sheet or textbook access during exams, which make up 60% of your grade. With that being said Professor Michini seems to care about student success and encourages students to ask questions or attend office hours if they ever don't understand something

Good prof. Knows whats she's doing. Lectures are hard to watch.

Really nice to students. Clearly interested in the topic as it's heavily related to her research. Knows the content inside and out. Homeworks were extremely hard at times though, but there were only eight of them.
