I loved Professor Anya! She gave such good feedback on my essay and how I can get better. My writing skills have improved so much since I took her class. She is very understanding and flexible with due dates in my opinion, so take her class if you can!!

Professor Anya is really patient and knowledgeable. Under her suggestion and help, I grow a lot as a writer and a thinker as well. She helps me pave the way for ESL 118 and give me confidence for the next semester. It is my honor to be one of her students! The course is demanding though, but very helpful and essential!

She can understand nothing I write about. She is so awful. She teaches nothing and only let us watch some silly video which is useless.

I had Anya in 117 and was sooooo lucky to be in her section in 118. She is kind. Helps you succeed and includes everyone even if you are shy. I learned more in the classes than in 10 years studying english.
