Dr. Dutton was a phenomenal teacher in this class, her lectures were definitely heavy in content, but you learn very quickly that she is extremely knowledgeable in this field of study. Dr. Dutton is clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her field! She also cares about her students and provides good feedback and assistance. I loved her class. Her lectures are really interesting and made me genuinely want to pursue geology as a second major. Workload is super manageable, with no exams or writing assignments, and it's not hard to do well. Definitely a low stress class. Plus, she's really accessible and down to earth.
