I had Dr. Jaiswal for ECE 252, it was my first ECE course of college and he was a very good lecturer. The way the course is laid out was not my favorite but was not determined by him. He did a great job of making the weird and abstract ideas I had never heard of before sound very simple. His office hours were also very helpful!

Pretty good lecturer, but I think he needs to re-prioritize the schedule. Too much time spent at the beginning on device physics we learned in ECE340. We were behind on new material and skipped 4 lectures from the syllabus. His notes are messy unless you follow along while he writes them. HW and projects are pretty easy, but they do take time.

Prof Jaiswal is pretty good. Lectures, while not the most engaging, are very thorough and he connects the topics to real-world impacts (and share insights into modern VLSI desgin). My only complaints are his answers to questions (sometimes it seems like he's not getting what you're asking), and the project workload (so many hours in the dungeon).
