  • Interpret public health information and health indicators to understand the health needs of different populations to inform evidence-based practices that address behavioral and systemic health challenges.

  • Recognize the significance of health equity as a foundational concept for careers in health and allied health and for advanced study in public health, community health, healthcare systems, or related fields.

  • Design a health behavior change program aimed at improving health and health equity through application of the Socio-Ecological Model and Social Cognitive Theory.
