Yu Chan is probably one of the best math professors here at UW-Madison. He provides excellent and clear class notes on Canvas along with so practice problems that are similar to exam questions. The exams are so very doable and easy if you study his notes. In general, easy A with a little effort. His jokes are also good lol. Thank you Yu Chan!Rate My Professors ↗
This man. I don't know where to begin. Not only is he the most passionate professor ever, but he also cares so much about his students. He makes sure that everyone in the class (like all 200 kids) understands what he's teaching, and of course they did! He was so amazing. I think I'm in love with him.Rate My Professors ↗
Just a genuinely good person. I was in a bit of a rough spot with my math before going to him, and he really helped me get back the confidence and love for math that I had lost. Hes a good professor who establishes clear expectations of his students. If you come to class and do all the homework, you will get a good grade and vice versa. Its not too much work, but you do have to do all the work. 10/10 would recommend.Rate My Professors ↗
He was so caring and funny, he made a class I was extremely intimidated by super manageable. His exams are very fair, and the homework was never too tough. One of my favorite teachers I have had, definitely the best math teacher I have ever had. HIGHLY recommend.Rate My Professors ↗
