Horrible class. No structure. Boring lectures. No way to excel. Learned almost nothing. I don't know why this is a real estate class; the entire semester was focused on sustainability. He didn't grade a single thing after October. I just woke up after finals with a grade on my transcript. Deng is very knowledgeable but you'd never know. Terrible.

He is super nice but very boring to listen to. You wouldn't need to show up for any lectures and you could still pass because the tests are open note and the questions come directly from the content on the slides but attendance is mandatory. There is also a group project that requires you to do a poster presentation for 4 hours at the end.

Very intelligent professor, clearly has a vast knowledge of real estate economics. Understanding and cares about the well-being of his students. The class wasnt too difficult, however his accent can be slightly hard to understand at some times. That being said, those who want an A in this course should be able to get it fairly easily.

Deng was a pretty decent professor. He was genuinely passionate about the source material, which was nice, and he would go over how to the homework in class, which made some otherwise difficult assignments much easier. However, his accent is a little strong, and sometimes it can be difficult to tell what the test questions are asking.
