Very hard to understand this professor given his very thick accent. Class content is posted ahead of time, and attendance is pointless unless you read the slides. Midterms and final is nothing like the practice exams or review sessions. Don't take this section.Rate My Professors ↗
Prof. Nguyen is very kind and accessible outside of class, but his teaching is very unorganized. He doesn't use his tablet to solve problems in lecture, he just writes them out before hand for students to look at. Super nice and really helpful. Always willing to go over stuff in office hours and responds to emails fast. Midterm was easy, mostly basic concepts. Final was tougher and covered way more. But he grades generously and adjusted the cutoffs, so that helped a lot. As long as you keep up, you'll be fineRate My Professors ↗

He is a terrible professor. He does not care about his students' success at all and has horribly organized lectures. His tests were nothing like what was taught in class.
