I had her for PH251 last semester, and she was one of the best professors I've had at BU!!! The exam questions were given ahead of time. All you had to do was to be prepared for the exams and participate in the lecture & discussion sections.Rate My Professors ↗
She is super sweet and extremely approachable. Exams are super easy as the questions are given out ahead of time, and you can go to her office hours to check your responses before the exam. Highly recommend talking to her and she will help you succeed. You do need to go to class as attendance is taken, but I really liked her lectures anyway.Rate My Professors ↗
Stephanie is so kind! She made a course that was really intimidating extremely approachable. The workload isn't heavy at all, with three exams and three case studies plus discussion section attendance making up the grade. Very easy-going class. You're graded on 3 exams, participation, and case studies that are very easy to write because we discuss them in class. The exam is writing-based and you get a question bank of 5 questions that might be asked and you're only tested on 2 of them. Sweetest person ever! Besides the strict attendance policy, the class is super chill. She gives you a week to prepare 5 answers to questions, and 2 of those questions are on your exam (lots of hand writing). Other than that, you have to do a one page case study review on 5 out of 7 of the case studies. Participation matters in discussion sections.Rate My Professors ↗
Teaches this class at Boston University and is the best professor I've ever had. She is super interesting and personable making the class actually interesting.
