If you are interested in only talking about Africa and Sharon Hutchinson for an entire semester, than this is the class for you. This class was completely biased towards only Hutchinson's opinions and is a complete waste of time. The only saving grace was my wonderful TA, Sarah who should have been given a raise for putting up with Sharon...Rate My Professors ↗

Very **** and advances her own agenda. She spent class time discussing her own economic views. The class was not understandible and the tests covered specific material in text or irrelivent topics you would not think to study. Terrible teacher and it seemed to rub off on some TAs. However my TA Meg was Awesome!!Rate My Professors ↗

Let's start with her accent...can anyone pinpoint where exactly it originates from? Probably not because she made it up. Moving on to the class portion....her lectures are long and contain zero information about the course. If you enjoy hearing arrogant people talking about themselves then by all means, take the class. If not, take the other one.

She's retired now, which is probably for the best.Rate My Professors ↗

Prof. Hutchinson is by far the worst professor I have had at this university. Her lectures are completely incomprehensible and unstructured. The exams are ridiculous. This class should be called Sharon Hutchinson 101 because that's just about all she talks about. Even her accent is uncalled for.Rate My Professors ↗

Sharon's investment and interest in her students is low. She's not at all approachable.Rate My Professors ↗
