Professor Klein is probably the best professor I've had at UW. Knows the material better than anyone and makes the class the perfect difficulty for a tech elective

It seems like he really knows his stuff, but he put WAY more of an emphasis on using EES than the actual content. If you want to do well on the homework which is 45 of the grade then spend 98 of your time learning EES and the other 2 learning the content for the class. A good professor overall but he should be teaching Computer Science, not ME

Klein is by far the best professor I have come across. He dedicates himself to teaching the skills you need to be a knowledgable practicing engineer. This class challenged me like no other has, and forced me to dig deep to learn the material, not just pass another stepping stone on the way to graduation. Take him if you can!

Klein is the boss. Super-knowledgeable and experienced about what he teaches. EES (which he made for the most part) is a life-saver and super-useful. He might come off as intimidating in class but if you go to his office hours he is kind and super helpful.
