Russell has been my most engaging and thoughtful professor I have had so far and I am a senior, He makes you want to come to class and learn. He explains everything well even though it is a more demanding course but it is one of my only lectures where I can fully engage in and I am listening the entire time. AMAZING!!!! The best lecturer in a tough course. He makes ACCT301 easier to learn by explaining all the concepts clearly and he is very humorous. He can make people who hate accounting fall in love with it. It remains a challenging course. Russell was the best accounting lecturer I have had yet. Accounting is a relatively boring subject but he tried to make it as interesting as possible. He really cares about his students and I enjoyed going to his class. He is great at explaining difficult concepts and making them easy. Russell does a good job of making accounting interesting however he can. However, what makes his class so special is that in addition, he likes to tell you about about his life or just life in general. You leave with so much more knowledge than just accounting. Epp truly knows how to make accounting fun. It is clear that he is passionate about the subject and wants his students to succeed. Makes lectures interesting by showing funny pictures/sharing stories at the beginning of class.
