RANDY ROCKS. This field study/seminar was life changing. Randy is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about life and travel and international relations. RANDY IS THE BEST. He's so enthusiastic, has incredible working experience, and truly cares about your learning. His tests are very straightforward if you've paid attention in lecture. Randy is probably my favorite professor I have had at UW - Madison. He is super energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable about his topics. You definitely need to attend lectures as his test questions are pretty much only related to his slides and he talks about them in great depth. This class was in many ways wasted potential. The subject matter was boring and repetitive when it didn't have to be. Randy is an upbeat, enthusiastic guy who really cares about the class and his students. Unfortunately, the temporary substitute was a bit of a tyrant, but that was not the profs fault. A good professor, but really long-winded and reads a lot straight off of slides (this is for MHR300-online). The class itself is the business school's attempt to teach a class that should probably be redesigned and updated as some sort of psychology in the workplace class, not a business course.Rate My Professors ↗
