Very hard, but a good teacher. Accent, but not too bad-- says "right" too much. Sometimes absent during his office hours, but otherwise these were useful.Rate My Professors ↗

He was an okay professor. I agree there was really no point to go to lectures, and most of the teaching was done in section. If you can learn from the book, then he's not that bad, otherwise having a good TA helps, I had Jeanine Batterton, she was really helpful and I highly recommend her.Rate My Professors ↗

DO NOT TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! Lectures were completely useless, and make you feel so lost! You are better off skipping them and using the time for learning the material on your own...completely useless professor.Rate My Professors ↗

QC is a terrible lecturer. He's so boring and all I did was go on my ipod touch the whole time. He's really nice outside of class though. Tests are so annoying but I ended up getting and A in the class because I did really well on the final. Avoid him. Compared to other 103 profs he's much harder.Rate My Professors ↗

"QC" can be difficult to follow in lecture occasionally. Quantum is definitely his specialty. But he is a nice intelligent guy, is organized and helpful when you ask. His tests and expectations are very fair (all MC, ~70% average) If you can use the book well or have a good basic knowledge of chem, don't worry about it, you'll do fine.
