Paige is a great professor for MATH 551. She explains difficult topology concepts clearly, keeps lectures organized, and genuinely cares about her students. Homework is fair and prepares you well for quizzes and exams, which are very manageable if you stay on top of the material. Definitely recommend taking 551 with her.Rate My Professors ↗
I LOVE Professor Paige. I took this class for fun with a pretty non-existent pure math background and she made the content very palatable and clear. She demonstrated a deep and thorough knowledge of the course content herself and made me very motivated to put my best effort into the course. Incredibly kind professor. Her lectures were very clear, and she was more-than-willing to help clear up any misunderstandings over email or during office hours. She's a wonderful professor that makes the content really clear during lectures. The HW is manageable and the exam material is always something easier than the HW anyway so its good practice.
