Professor Roys was awesome, by far my favorite professor so far at Madison. He is very smart and teaches the material in a way that is very easy to understand. His tests are very fair and if you study they should be easy. This was one class where I felt sad once it ended. I highly recommended this professor.

Roys was tough to follow at first but once you get over the accent he's really good. He was super helpful in office hours. For 302, he expects a solid calc base, so brush up on that before starting the class. Don't follow all his steps when he's showing you formulas- you'll just confuse yourself. Just make sure you get the final formula.

Good lecturer despite the French accent. Lectures are very informative and tests are very fair. Not a ton of homework but it does help for exams. TA wasn't great but I would highly recommend Roys for 302.

Best professor for 302. Exams are extremely predictable, always taken from the problem sets or the in-class examples. Takes student feedback halfway through the semester and tweaks the class based on the responses.
