Professor Roys was awesome, by far my favorite professor so far at Madison. He is very smart and teaches the material in a way that is very easy to understand. His tests are very fair and if you study they should be easy. This was one class where I felt sad once it ended. I highly recommended this professor.Rate My Professors ↗

Roys was tough to follow at first but once you get over the accent he's really good. He was super helpful in office hours. For 302, he expects a solid calc base, so brush up on that before starting the class. Don't follow all his steps when he's showing you formulas- you'll just confuse yourself. Good lecturer despite the French accent. Lectures are very informative and tests are very fair. Not a ton of homework but it does help for exams. TA wasn't great but I would highly recommend Roys for 302.Rate My Professors ↗
