Lots of reading, but the papers are all interesting. Some readings were longer. Not many graded things, but he is not a tough grader at all. Very understanding of multiple perspectives on ambiguous/complex topics. Extremely knowledgeable, so I recommend going to lectures (clarifying readings and getting extra info).
