Mark offers up much of his time to help, and he makes his assignments clear. But he assigns a ton of tedious papers that make it sound like you should know film as much as he does. I took this class as an elective and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of his assignments.

I loved this class and Mark. His incredibly dry sense of humor and his heavy use of examples made it easy to stay attentive. Not too much work. The textbook is horrible.
