Doc Cook is the sweetest coolest professor in the animal science department. I love his passion for poultry. I also really like how he lectures using personal stories, I find it very fascinating. He's a very smart guy with an awesome southdrawl. You'll love him as a professor!!

A funny, one-of-a-kind, and passionate professor! Always has interesting and hilarious stories to tell during lecture, sometimes taking him a little off track, but it's always enjoyable. Definitely important to listen to every word he says; his lecture slides are mostly pictures, so every word he says is critical. Would love to have him again!

Prof. Cook is amazing. Very well set up course, educational and engaging labs, terrific lectures. There is a different lecturer almost every class period, so you get exposed to numerous fields and information. Tests and quizzes are a tad difficult, but passable. Cook is hands down the best Prof. I have had thus far. Would recommend.
