Prof Loving was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was also a good lecturer, with extraordinarily nice handwriting and illustrative skills.Rate My Professors ↗

Excellent instructor, holds many office hours, and really cares that we understand the materialRate My Professors ↗

Prof Loving is good sometimes. She is exciting and engaging but she does not explain topics well. I ended up learning a lot of the content on you tube even after going to every lecture and discussion. She is also hard to understand sometimes and makes many mathematical errors that students correct during explanations.Rate My Professors ↗

Was good at lecturing, explained thoroughly about topics, and went through examples. The homework given was a good amount to fully help understand the topics without being redundant. Also had a really good TA that definitely helped me.Rate My Professors ↗

Recognizing that most students will be new to the material, Professor Loving pays attention to building up the intuition behind most concepts in lecture. This was true for topics in integration and vectors. Intuition was less built upon for the topic of series so that's something to put more work into probably. Overall she is a good teacher.Rate My Professors ↗

Math 222 is a challenging course but Professor Loving does a good job at teaching it. I just wish she wouldn't use the chalkboard because it's hard to see what she writes sometimes. Professor Loving is easy to talk to and posts her notes after every lecture. Make sure you study for exams (84% of grade)Rate My Professors ↗
