She is very kind and clearly cares about her students. She is also very good at really explaining ballet steps and showing why every exercise is important.

Dance105 is very unfriendly to people without ballet background, and the scores are very strict, although she always emphasizes that she is not very mean.

Liz is so nice. Yes Pilates Mat I, was not super easy and the quizzes were a little difficult but not impossible. Very interesting class and would def suggest.

Liz is very kind and cares for her students. However, Pilates Mat I, a 1 credit class has been nowhere near easy and fun. There are 3 exams on the anatomy of the body in correlation to the exercises and a final where you have to perform the Pilates flow based on memorization. If you miss 3+ classes without make-up, you fail.
