I really didn't enjoy this class. I love pilates and was excited to learn more. I actually did enjoy the anatomical components, but I didn't like how we had 4 exams that you had to study for. I also didn't like the lack of feedback; you don't get feedback on exams. Also, the professor says to arrive 5 min before class which is annoying.Rate My Professors ↗
There is a concert requirement for this class where you have to attend two dance performances. Class itself was fun and material was easy to understand. Was a fun class but definitely a lot of work for 1 credit. A lot of memorization for the tests, and the final is memorizing the entire 30 minute flow. However she gives clear instruction and her expectations are well communicated. However, she is a bit intimidating to bring concerns to, if that's something that matters to you.Rate My Professors ↗
Took it this summer cuz I need 1 more credit for my GPA. Even though it is squeezed into a 3 weeks course it was good experience. If you focus/memorize on full Intermediate Pilates Mat Flow(Level 1-3) + review the exercise worksheet more often, you would be good for the quizzes. Nice instructor.Rate My Professors ↗
