Most of the learning comes from the weekly problem set you complete with your group. You got double sided cheat sheets on the exams you could put whatever you wanted on. The class is pretty easy overall. Lots of mostly memorizing specific problem types and applying it to a new scenario. Lots of partial credit.

Her lectures are very unclear, and it was hard to follow the work on the board. You have a group problem set once and week and you learn most of the patterns from that. We also never got our final exam back at the end of the semester which was odd.

Trina was a solid professor. She cares about what she teaches. Sometimes her lectures were hard to follow because the work that she would write out was not legible across the room. I personally didn't like the structure of the lectures, but overall she was a good teacher. Gave lots of partial credit because she wants you to understand the content.

The discussion activities were tangentially related to lecture content and the pre-class videos/assignments were not always posted at an appropriate time. She plays music at the start of each pre-class video that is related. Playlist is on Spotify as CEE 320 video songs

She cares about her students, but her class is terrible. The material is delivered in a "Hybrid" way with online and in person lectures. Neither of which relate to the homework and exams that are the entire grade in the class. When the class has a low exam average, she proceeds to tell everyone to "try harder" instead of evaluating her teaching.

She is unorganized in her teaching and then when students overall do "bad" on her exams she tells us she is disappointed and wants us to work harder. The overall processes we are supposed to be learning and the exams are graded really tough. The problem sets each week do not help you understand the material it is just frustrating and confusing.
