Professor Collins is very thorough in his explanations and gives great examples to help understand things. The class policy memos kind of stink and it's hard to understand what he wants until you get the hang of him. Very open to questions. participation grade is easy as long as you show up.Rate My Professors ↗
No memorization needed for exams, basically all policy application. They were still tough, though. I suggest reading the articles but they are not mandatory. He teaches you how to write a memo and how to do it well. Final exam was a joke 55 questions and 25 multiple choice - did not have enough time, no one did. He really know what he is talking about but has a hard time explaining it clearly in class if these subjects are totally new to you. He is really helpful and way too lenient and not strict. The assignments are really easy as well as most of the exam questions.Rate My Professors ↗
