About this rating

Raw average: 4.50/5 from 4 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

Quality 3/5Difficulty 2/5
Justin was an understanding professor! He uses interpreters to lecture, and if they have an off day, his message might get distorted (absolutely not his fault!!). Lectures got repetitive by the end of the semester, especially the cultural knowledge days, but I feel like I learned a lot throughout the semester.

Professor Vollmar is amazing! He is very passionate about what he teaches but doesn't make the class overly difficult. If you pay attention and do your assignments, you'll get an A. Attendance is mandatory, but he is very understanding. Tests are online and very straight-forward. Take this class if you need to fullfill a language requirement!!!
