Julia Faulkner is, by far, the most incredible person I have ever met. I know that I'll walk away from UW-Madison being a fine singer, and a wonderful human being because of her. She is so much more than a teacher: she's a friend, confidante, role model, and basically all things good. I'll never be able to thank her enough for what she does.

An absolutely fascinating woman, and no one can deny that she's MADE IT within the opera world. She has the remarkable ability to bring a professional singer out of even the worst freshmen (although she picks them well) and is, what's more, and incredibly emotionally generous person. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

A simply remarkable woman. After hearing her sing, you can never doubt any thing she asks you to do while singing. She knows her students inside and out, and has a way of getting inside your head, knowing exactly what you are thinking, and helping you to overcome whatever is holding you back. Also, she shows up when you search for her on iTunes.
