Josh rocks. He knows everything about everything in Real Estate, and dont bother buying the textbook. Every test question is from his slides. He won't make time out of class/can sometimes have a petty question or two on tests but not bad for a 300 point exam. Joshua made a topic that could be boring, quite interesting. He was engaged in the class and made it fun to go to lectures. It is highly recommended to attend the lectures, as a lot of the material on the exams is covered in lectures.Rate My Professors ↗

Jeffers lectures are read off poorly organized slides, he neglects to teach the mathematical concepts in lecture despite weighting them heavily on the exam. Be prepared to learn independently.
