Josh rocks. He knows everything about everything in Real Estate, and dont bother buying the textbook. Every test question is from his slides. He won't make time out of class/can sometimes have a petty question or two on tests but not bad for a 300 point exam. Joshua made a topic that could be boring, quite interesting. He was engaged in the class and made it fun to go to lectures. It is highly recommended to attend the lectures, as a lot of the material on the exams is covered in lectures.Rate My Professors ↗

Jeffers lectures are read off poorly organized slides, he neglects to teach the mathematical concepts in lecture despite weighting them heavily on the exam. Be prepared to learn independently. Josh brings tons of professional experience to the classroom. He usually keeps things interesting but lecture can get a bit dry. The textbook is helpful when preparing for tests (the second test is a rough one). Overall, he's definitely a good professor with some solid stories.Rate My Professors ↗
