Was not the biggest fan of his teaching style. He did a lot of example problems which was nice to understand the material. Biggest reason for his grade is that he is super funny. A lot of people thought he was really mean which might be true but is hilarious to watch.Rate My Professors ↗
Moves through content quickly, class requires time outside lectures to review/re-learn material. He sends weekly emails that are very helpful, and provides a good amount of transparency on midterms and finals content.Rate My Professors ↗
Math 222 was a really difficult class, but I thought Joe was a good professor. He was prepared for every lecture and moved through the material at a fast but consistant pace. This class honestly is not that hard at all, anyone complaining has never taken a real math class. Prof. Miller is not the best lecturer but if you attend every lecture you should be fine (lectures are not recorded).
