John is very fair when you attend class. He is not actively trying to sabotage you, and is a very understanding professor who is TRYING to give his students partial credit. I think if you go to class and try to pay attention you will have a enjoyable time in this course. Overall I was happy how this course went.

Coming from Data Science, this class is extremely easy. At the same time, there is a lot of really good content that he gives you, which I felt has made my Python skills better. No attendance required. Overall easy A, low stress and 4 credits.

Listen, Prof. Brauer is a nice guy. But beware of ECON570 if it's the only thing you do. The only prereqs listed are ECON301 and 310, but this class is basically impossible if you haven't taken CS220 and some econometrics. He explains almost zero code and essentially the entire class is coding econometrics ideas in python. Horribly mislabled.
