He's former member of the Eagles Rock Band with experience in the WI Dells Resorts. But as a non-Bus student, it was really tough to learn Excel. Requires precise excel modeling, Finance knowledge is required. The Exams were just as difficult and very technical with tricky T&F sections. Joe was knowledgeable and kind. He has experience in the field and knows what he is talking about. The appraisal project was disappointing because most people didn't fully understand what was going on until it all came together at the end. Joe is very enthusiastic about his material and is very knowledgeable too. At the beginning of the semester he said he doesn't care about your grades and you shouldn't either, so he disabled grade calculations. Very frustrating when you don't know your grade for the entire class. Lots of homework, projects, and did not lay off around exam time.Rate My Professors ↗
