I'm really not a huge fan of Chemistry, but Duncan's lectures at least tried to make the material more interesting and relevant. Make sure you read the text before coming to lecture or it won't make any sense. Review sessions are also a MUST! The exams are difficult especially the last one so do the practice problems and ask questions of your TA.Rate My Professors ↗
Tough class, GREAT guy. Went to a lot of office hours, very accessable and willing to help. Exams are pretty tough, and you definitely have to go above and beyond what he teaches in lecture. Lecture attendance is basically a must. TA was useless, probably could have pulled an AB with a decent one.Rate My Professors ↗
Tries to make lecture interesting, encourages participation, explains well. However he LOVES to pop balloons and often did so even when it was only barely relevant to the material. doesnt seem too keen on answering emails, but very helpful in office hours. study HARD for final.Rate My Professors ↗
