Prof. Hong is the best Probability instructor I've ever had. He is perfectly prepared, with handwriting and notes so clear. he expertly deconstructs abstract, complex concepts by starting with digestible ideas and scaling them up. Honestly probably the best math professor I've had here. He is very confident, knowledgeable and clear in his teaching direction. I would've done better in this class If I put the effort in to study. Best Math professor I've ever had he really cares about math and making sure students understand what is going on. Lectures are articulated really well and are really easy to understand. The strongest math lecturer ever. He is extremely articulate and organized in his lectures. Although the class was unexpectedly difficult, the grading cutoffs were lowered at the end as to match the previous year's distribution. Note that the first half of the test is made by him and are exactly as the practice but the other half was much harder.Rate My Professors ↗
