4 exams + cumulative final. A few small, sort of needless assignments towards the end. The other professors were bang average. Dr. Lai completely wasted time in lectures. We had quizzes on topics that would be covered, and then she went over answers and went on boring tangents that were not related to class material.

Good luck taking this class with these professors, could not have made it a more difficult/bulls*** class. Thank you to Lai for destroying my 4.0 semester 2 of senior year. This class does not test knowledge but has all to do with luck.

Professor Lai isn't good at explaining complex concepts and is also quite unorganized. This class is exam heavy and wouldn't be good for a non-nutri sci or dietetics major. She was passionate about the material for sure and was nice enough, but certain topics she did not explain well enough to understand them
