Edith is a great teacher. I highly recommend taking a class with her! Also, be sure to stop in to her office hours or set up appointments often with her because she gives great feedback in those. Super nice, funny, and invested in students' learning (more so than grades). She made classes fun, though they weren't really mandatory. Some busywork here and there, but tests were easy and she didn't grade the writing hard at all. Good class and great instructor!Rate My Professors ↗
Awesome TA that truly cared about her students and knew the most effective was to teach the course. A lot of time spent on reading, but the readings she chose are much more interesting than the other sections, and then the writing portion of the test easier because you remember the stories more. I had Edith for both Spanish 226 and Spanish 311. In both classes she was amazing. She cares a lot about her students and makes an effort to get to know each one of them. She cares more about actual learning than grades. Her assignments aren't demanding but if you do them and do them well you can learn a lot. I highly recommend her!Rate My Professors ↗
