Literally the best professor I ever had!! He was freaking amazing and you can tell how much he cared about us as students. One of the only professors I've ever had that was genuinely concerned about us learning and growing rather than like strict grading and assignments. Professor Brown of the best professors I've at had UW. He is a very passionate, intelligent, and excellent instructor who puts in a lot of effort to make the material approachable. He breaks things down really well, but it's a lot of info so you're screwed if you fall behind. Super understanding and flexible on deadlines if you communicate.Rate My Professors ↗
Professor Brown was great for legal writing. Obviously, as a previous attorney and current legal writing professor at the law school, he knows what he's talking about. Funny and relatable, I would 100% take another class with him! Grading is a bit intense as it is mostly just two legal briefs and two exams that make up your grade, but not terribleRate My Professors ↗

Dustin Brown teaches interactively, introducing new activities to help students understand material. He has a good sense of humor, is receptive to feedback, and is willing to meet outside of class if students are prepared to ask questions.
