Great professor. Got me really interested in the future of what I was doing. There were some classes that dragged on and he really tried to speed them up as he could see that the class was getting tired of it.

Prof Klingenberg was amazing at explaining concepts. Lecture was "online" (we watched lecture recordings from 2017 I think) but they are well done and he comes to discussion. He attempts to get to know his students and interact during discussion, so you can tell he really cares! HW sets take a long time but he was very helpful in office hours.

This wasn't a difficult course and Professor Klingenberg was fun. However, the difficulty of exams and quizzes was downplayed. We also were not given much help preparing for exams. This class was also only one credit and I felt that at times we were doing more than one credit worth of work. I would definitely recommend Professor Klingenberg.

Prof. Klingenberg has been one of the best engineering professors I've had at UW. The homework sets can get pretty brutal, so I suggest working with a group of people every week to tackle them together, but exams were always fair and straightforward. Only complaint is that it took 2+ weeks to get exam scores back. Great class, great professor.
