One of my favorite classes taken at UW mostly thanks to Christy. I haven't taken a class as tightly organized as hers. Lectures are neatly done and have tons of consideration/refining done to them. I really enjoyed this class, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in the technical side of environmental courses. There was a pretty hefty amount of chemistry used, but overall it was really nice. She does a "hybrid" class structure that really helps you learn through the semester.
