Professor Demarco was alright. His lecture style consisted of reading off a set of handwritten notes, which were difficult to follow at times, and he didn't focus enough on problem-solving. This led to lecture attendance dropping greatly by the end of the semester. Class is test-heavy and exams are challenging, but he was a fair grader at least.

Although he recommended reading textbook, he used his own hand-written notes in lectures. I used the recorded lectures, since I can pause and take time to think. The reason I think he is a good professor is that he taught using methodology and is very patient. After all, I believe methodology for learning is the most important thing from college.

His lecture is boring and useless. I had to read textbook to self-study. Also the grading percent is crazy - the final exam is half of your final grade. The TA is also not helpful at all. 90% of the student in this class don't know what this class is all about before final exam.

Terrible professor. If your learning style is not reading the text book you will be screwed. He often never put up solutions to practice problems because he didn't have time even though all he did was lecture but that was it. Never would put in work outside of class besides office hours. Worst professor I have ever had.

bad at teaching. like 15/100 students come to class. If you learn 100% by your own reading the textbook this is your guy. Also the lectures are insanely dry.
