Good class. This course packs a lot of content into just one credit, and lectures move very fast. Pay close attention and do your best to follow along as he builds the models. Arif also led class trips to New York and Chicago, which were a great experience.

Took RE750 with Arif and really enjoyed it. He did a great job breaking down the entire real estate development process from start to finish. Super informative class and Arif brought a lot of real world insight that made things click. Great course if you're serious about CRE development.

Having worked in real estate for several years now, I was disappointed with this course. The lectures and discussions were rudimentary. I do not believe the experience touted by the professor, as anyone with just a few years of real world experience would be able to pick apart his examples and recommendations. Prof and course are not recommended.
