About this rating

Raw average: 5.00/5 from 3 quality ratings. The adjusted rating blends this with the UW review average (3.66/5), weighted as 20 additional ratings. Smaller samples stay closer to that average. Each captured review is counted once in the prior; this does not correct who chooses to leave a review.

I found his lectures to be very engaging and discussion sections to be helpful. We worked with actual election data to conduct research, which I found to be very interesting. Exams were straightforward and very organized

Fantastic Professor! This was Dr. Trexler's first year teaching, but it did not show. His lectures were dynamic and engaging, he was extremely well-versed in the course material, and very accessible via office hours. The coursework isn't too difficult-show up to lectures pay attention, and you should receive a good grade.

This was a first-time class created entirely by Professor Trexler. Amazing professor. He is engaging, funny, and he cares deeply about the topics he teaches. Coursework isn't too bad, as long as you go to the lectures and pay attention, you should be able to get an A. There is a decent amount of reading but it isn't tested, pretty much optional.
