This class is to get credit for internships, so I assumed most of it would be pretty chill, but she gave a lot of work. Most of it is busy work so don't stress. She also grades everything 100% so its hard to fail this. She also doesn't penalize you for being late. I turned something in a month late and she didn't care.

This class was a decent amount of busy work, expect mostly weekly discussion posts to do with the professional world and politics plus some occasional projects. She is organized, understanding if you have a lot going on, and I recommend this class for easy Poli Sci credits and it's not hard to get a good grade.

For PS315, I spent around 3 hours per week completing assignments for this class. Because I took it to get credit for my internship, to which I had already devoted so many hours, I was surprised it added more work to my weeks. They are all busy work and are graded easily, but something to be aware of if you plan on taking the course.

Easy credits and easy grade. But busy and very very unnecessary works. It is an internship course, I am already doing enough but useful tasks at work, stop making the students do stupid discussion posts that you don't even bother to look at. You just make the students burn out on unnecessary assignments.

Dr. Gangl supplements the 3-credit internship course with lots of online discussion posts, weekly check-ins, and other assignments that take up time but offer only limited insight. The course is useful for the credits but somewhat tedious. However, Dr. Gangl is overall very nice and is very approachable for questions.

This is an online class but it requires you to work in an office of some sort. I worked for a legislator and you have to put in (I think) 6-8 hours per week. It isn't bad at all and you learn a lot. I recommend this experience to anyone interested in state politics. There are a project and a paper due at the end of the semester based on your work.
