Prof Kjuchukova spent her last semester at this university teaching a class that she consistently referenced as boring. She missed multiple lectures unannounced, including two weeks right before the first midterm. Quiz, homework, and test grading was unclear and difficult, and she made threats to fail the whole class. Alexandra is a poor lecturer and is hard to find outside of class. She lectures at a quick pace and doesn't stop for questions or on difficult topics. She didn't seem to care much but when I had her, it was her last semester at the university. My biggest complaint was that she didn't give us useful review materials for exams.Rate My Professors ↗

She is a good professor for a proof-based course. She didn't curve anything, but she dropped the two lowest homework assignments and offered an extra credit assignment after the final. The tests were about half true/false and half free response. Kind of a strange sense of humor, but she is really personable.Rate My Professors ↗

Professor Kjuchukova really seemed to try and make an effort to be a good teacher and she tried to get laughs and be personable. I didn't think the class was too hard, but going to discussion is important, my TA really helped cement ideas down. The tests were really what she went over in lecture so the grading was clear.Rate My Professors ↗
