Exams are tough but are curved a lot. I probably goy about a 65% in this class but it ended up being an A!

Kiselev is insanely smart and would really fit better in an upper level math course. He is helpful and provides examples. You will need to put in a decent amount of work outside of class. Exam averages are very low but curved fairly. He is a great guy and really cares about the subject. He has a really cute accent too

I really liked Professor Kiselev. A lot of people say he tests on proofs but he really only put a couple on the final exam. Plus, he tells you exactly which ones he is going to pick from. I managed an A without too much work. Prior calc experience is EXTREMELY helpful.

I've always been really good at math but I found him to be a really difficult professor. His exams are so hard and the averages were usually around 50%. He goes really fast in lecture and jumps right into the hardest problems in the book for homework. I ended up spending the majority of my time on this class. Definitely go to your TA's office hours

Great guy! He understands and teaches the material well and I understand the course very very well! But here's the downside. His exams are very very very difficult. He will test on every single thing. If you do not understand one little thing you are screwed. He teaches it as a very high level math class and expects you to preform to that standard.

His exams are very difficult for a calc 1 class. He would be much better teaching a higher level class because he expects you know every single rule and how to not get lost in very very complex derivatives and anti derivatives. It's so complex it doesn't show your actual understanding of the equations
