This is genuinely the worst class I've ever taken. He does not use slides and writes everything on the board and does not allow electronics or taking pictures of anything. This class is supposed to be about business ethics and I cannot say how little I've learned. If you have to take a class with him I would recommend reconsidering.Rate My Professors ↗
I don't think I've learned less in a class since Philos 243 taught by Alec. He would ramble on random tangents during lecture that only made sense to him, and then would still somehow hold us overtime. If he is teaching the class, do NOT take it.Rate My Professors ↗
Took it for a Gen Ed requirement. He often rambles during lectures meaning he pushes things back, which makes it confusing. If you fail one of two tests, your grade is absolutely finished in the class. He's a nice guy and means well but falls short in actually teaching you concepts, especially doing them well.Rate My Professors ↗
This class was insane even the TA agreed. It's so hard to follow because there are no slides for the lectures and there is no textbook and the class is so niche there are no study materials. The lectures are him off on some random tangent and there are barely any grades, just two exams. He clearly cares about his students but he's so confusing.Rate My Professors ↗
This course was graded w/ little points for homework and most of them isolated to difficult exams that didn't reflect the lectures. Deadlines were constantly being changed, and he is an inefficient lecturer– often not managing to cover material needed each week. He's inexperienced, and fixates on topics that are unimportant to what he tests on. :(
Class can be very hard if you fall behind. Make sure to keep up with the homework. It's one worksheet a week and does not take that long. Everything is written on the chalkboard, so going to lecture is very important and writing notes is really the only way to get info.
