The class overall is super interesting but I felt he takes most of the fun out of it. Lectures are optional and most of the class in online. Bock is a legit entrepreneur with tons of experience but he's not a great teacher. Exams are online. Class is what you make of it.Rate My Professors ↗
Adam is a well educated entreprenuer. However he is not a good teacher. He has many strict policies that are designed for you to fail. He uses condisending tones and is really bad at reading emails entirely. If you make an honest mistake he will make sure to let you know other students did not. Dr. Bock is a solid entrepreneur, a great speaker, and a bad teacher. He's good to talk to, but the class and its' policies are designed to break you. This is his side gig and that shows in his behavior and mindset. The content was awesome, but seriously, take anyone else if you can. Adam Bock was the worst professor I have ever had. Avoid this class if you can. The professor seems to have zero interest in helping students succeed and acts like he wants you to fail. It feels like Adam Bock wants you to get a bad grade and tries to trick you. Don't take him. It's frustrating and feels like a waste of time. DO NOT TAKE!!!Rate My Professors ↗
One of the worst I've ever had! He teaches nothing. You watch a lot of videos and read a lot of readings and that's it. A group project with exams and quizzes. Bock definitely doesn't care about this class and his students. He only wants to flex his experiences while adding no value to our learning and career journey. First, this class is a free A, exam questions are REUSED every year, and there are quizlets with the answers. Second, everything that was said in the 2 messages below is true. However, Bock has legit entrepreneurship experience-- and quite a bit. But Bock seems to have a lot more going on outside of teaching, and this to me is more of a side gigRate My Professors ↗
