  • Employ a multidimensional framework that includes a biopsychosocial assessment, the DSM-5 TR and other classification systems, culturally relevant variables and contemporary research when assessing, diagnosing, and treating the subjective distress of their clients

  • Differentiate diagnostic criteria of the major mental health conditions across the lifespan

  • Demonstrate skills necessary for diagnostic interviewing, formulation, and case presentation

  • Synthesize and effectively communicate findings through written reports and oral presentations to inform clinical practice

  • Apply clinical judgment, professional and ethical responsibility to inform practice
